In 2020, ehotel® has proven yet again that personal customer service and traveler centricity
are the company’s top priorities. In the latest survey by WirtschaftsWoche magazine, ehotel®
is among the customer favorites. Especially during the ongoing COVID crisis, good customer

Every year, WirtschaftsWoche, Germany’s leading business magazine, publishes a customer
satisfaction ranking conducted in cooperation with the consultancy and analysis firm
ServiceValue. This year, over 577,122 respondents rated 1,911 companies – from market
leaders to newcomers – in 150 industries. Among the hotel booking portals, ehotel® placed in
the top 5 once again, thanks to its excellent customer service.
Overall, in 2020, ehotel® is even further above the industry average than last year, while
customers’ trust in other hotel booking companies has decreased.
