German Customer Award 2020: ehotel® is outstanding

Thanks to top-quality customer service and a fair price-performance ratio, ehotel® outperformed its competitors and once again ranked first among the hotel booking portals, winning the German Customer Award by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV). For the Germany-wide ranking, the DtGV surveyed and evaluated the opinions of over 330,000 customers – as a representative cross-section of the population – about 2,261 companies from 233 industries.

The online survey only takes into account the opinions of customers who have had experience with the company to-be-assessed within the past three years. The DtGV selects the companies for the ranking based on their size and importance in the respective industry.

For ehotel®, the award is yet another confirmation that focusing on customers’ demands and consistently ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative technologies is the right decision.
